Goal & Vision Setting

We work together to identify your goals with measurable and specific objectives to achieve the desired results. We will establish why these goals are important to you for the intentional pursuit of them.


Mental Skills Training

This encompasses topics including but not limited to: confidence building, motivation, fear of failure, and handling pressure. We will teach you the mental tools (e.g., self-talk, imagery, mindfulness, attentional control, reframing) needed to help increase the probability of success by helping you establish control over your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. 


Emotional Regulation

You will learn how to use mental tools (e.g., mindfulness) as a way to stay present in the moment and be less reactive when emotions run high in a given situation.
